The Lakes was a 238 lot staged residential subdivision and one large public reserve. Rygate and West were engaged to undertake the subdivision from the initial planning through to new title issue. Rygate and West provide town planning, engineering, and surveying services together with project management. The subdivision was in a sensitive location in the catchment of Burrill Lake and adjacent to the Meroo National Park and there were significant aboriginal heritage issues to resolve in the planning stages. The water quality controls included the establishment of a significant dam which has developed into a landscape feature and a haven for native birdlife. Further features of the estate were the establishment of a shared pedestrian/cycleway to Burrill Lake through the public reserve together with the establishment of a picnic/playing area with covered BBQ facilities adjacent to the dam.

Amaroo was a 171 lot staged residential subdivision and three public reserves. Rygate and West were engaged to undertake the subdivision from initial planning through to new title issue. Rygate and West provided town planning, engineering, and surveying services together with project management. The subdivision was in the sensitive catchment of Narrawallee Inlet and the engineering component included substantial water quality devices to ensure the quality of the runoff into the adjacent wetlands.

30 million dollar upgrade for Eurobodulla Council.  The key feature of the site is a new 32 diameter Clarifier which consists of a concrete tank constructed on site to house mechanics.  Other items on the site include Blower room, Dewatering plant and a series of new sewer, water, electrical and stormwater systems.  The project started late 2021 and is expected to finish late 2023. We provided consultation on the project base on information we gathered in the field to help assist CCB Envico move forward in the construction process such as the size and shape of the clarifier so the necessary adjust could be made so the mechanical structure would work correctly as designed.

We provided set out and work as executed surveys for the construction of the new bridge across Mogendoura Creek, northwest of Moruya. Setting out all piles, columns and abutments to strict accuracy allowed the bridge to go up quickly and to design.
